1 hey, I found a model which closely resembles the SS565 .. http://www.hegroup.com.au/manuals/dome/Slow_Cooker.pdf (you'll need Adobe Acrobat). I will still try and contact Loblaws, but hopefully this will help in the interim.

0 I am going to call Loblaws tomorrow .. I suggest you try too: 1-888-495-5111. I looked online but they no longer carry this model.

0 I have this model too and both of my handles cracked on it. I wonder if they have a recall for this as it is a huge safety issue?
