Question About Slow Cooker CP1170
slow cooker cuts off...

I need a copy of the owner's manual for my Rancher slow cooker. It cuts off almost as soon as I turn it on.

2 I have a Rancher CP1170 and last night my handle broke...I need to find another one, does anyone know where I can get one??
