Reference the question on how to get the cover off...

Reference the question on how to get the cover off to change the bulb on a HE63 cooker hood. I have the same problem and the manual is of no help whatsoever in doing this. Have removed the plug but despite all my efforts cannot get the plastic cover to come off.
