My Polar Water disperser unit doesn't dispense hot...

My Polar Water disperser unit doesn't dispense hot or cold water. I have the unit plugged in - but the hot waster ddispenser doesn't dispense hot water. What could be the problem? Could some thing have been disconnected or disabled?
