Question About OXO Kitchen Utensil 1130800
Oxo 1Good Grips Food Scale with Pull-Out Display...

Does anyone know how to fully reset the sensitivity on this scale? Using "zero" is not solving the issue. My scale has started being off by a few ounces on everything I weigh. For example if I weigh something that is a pound it will say it is 12 ounces. I know there was mention of how to do this in the manual.
