0 "Panasonic Bread Bakery SD-BT6P Cookbook," please share elsewhere: http://kitchen.manualsonline.com/mdownloads/2e3dbe08-98cc-4f0c-a6cf-b80b54154621.pdf Parts: Graduated cylinder for measuring cups & ounces, two side measure for teaspoons & 1/2 and full tablespoons; 2 mixing paddles, 1 large & hinged for most recipes, one smaller & static for crisp bread only. I use mine for dough only, lasts longer, almost 25 years! Whatever recipe, grab it & shape it just before the final raise. Extra raising always good, just punch down & go again. Extra raise for small holes, best texture.
