0 Panasonic Bread Bakery SD-BT6P Cookbook http://kitchen.manualsonline.com/mdownloads/2e3dbe08-98cc-4f0c-a6cf-b80b54154621.pdf Grad. cyl. measure cups, two side measure for tsp, 1/2 & full tbsp; 2 mixing paddles: 1 large & hinged for most recipes, one smaller & static for crisp bread only. I use mine for dough only, lasts longer, almost 25 years! Any recipe, grab it & shape it before final raise. Extra raising always good, punch down & go again. Extra raise for small holes, best texture.
