I have a SD-YD200. I wanted to make a multi grain bread with the adision of raisins. After 1 hour and 10 minutes of "resting" nothing happened. Why?

5 I finally started over and just did the basic mode which is what I've always used. I wonder if it will even turn out as this is a rye, wheat, white flour combo. Is my machine broke or is the rest period even longer for multi grain breads. It's only 15 minutes for basic.
