Is there anyone who has a manual for a Panasonic Bread Maker Model SD-YD150. I don't know if it has just died of age or if I am doing something wrong but it just waits an hour without doing anything when trying to make bread.

0 Use the "Rapid" mode to skip the 1-hour rest timer added at the beginning of the normal mode. The 1-hour delay is used by the machine to bring ingredients to the same temperature before baking. I have never noticed a difference and use the "Rapid" mode every time.
