1 Here is the "Panasonic Bread Bakery SD-BT6P Cookbook," please download and share with fellow seekers: http://kitchen.manualsonline.com/mdownloads/2e3dbe08-98cc-4f0c-a6cf-b80b54154621.pdf The parts include a plastic graduated cylinder for measuring cups and ounces, a two sided measure for teaspoons plus 1/2 and full tablespoons. There are two mixing paddles, one is large and hinged, is used for almost all recipes, one is smaller and static – used for crisp bread only. The cookbook is unclear on that, but that's what it's for. I use my machine for dough only, never baking, lasts longer that way, almost 25 years! Whatever the recipe, grab it and shape it just before the final raise. Extra raising is always good, just punch down and go again. The extra raise makes for smaller holes, better texture.
