have bought from a friend-followed all directions in the manual but whether, basic or on timer the loaves tend to be heavy and poorly risen I have had the smaller model for 18 years with no problem except that the impeller in the pan has worn out and so cannot operate i really want to make this a success....even worse with wholegrains!
