Can not turn it on. The light on the panel shows ...

Can not turn it on. The light on the panel shows a "4 Cook". Even if unplugged from the Wall, nothing will happen. Please inform if there is a way to make it work again, Carmen Lima Perú aliado@speedy.com.pe
