Question About Panasonic Convection Oven NN-E225MB-BPQ
Outer case very hot...

A friend has asked me to contact you about her microwave which is the above model - it seemingly is getting extremely hot at the top even though she keeps the top clear and plenty of space around it - she only bought it 4 years ago!
