How do I take the door apart to fix the latch. It...

How do I take the door apart to fix the latch. It won't latch tightly enough to cook. I have to put rubber bands on the inside latch and pull it down outside for the microwave to work. We cannot find how to take the part off so we can replace it. The manual does not describe how to take this apart. Please help.
