0 We have the same problem. The manual doesn't tell you how to change the bulb but to get a technician instead. You need to remove the outer cover and carefully remove the bulb by undoing the clips. We are purchasing the bulb through a Sydney company. Cost including postage is around $24.00 Hope this helps
