I close the door on my NNT9455TX model and the door is obviously not really closed as the light stays on and the message "close door" comes on even though the door is shut. It seems that only 1/2 of the door is locking and the other side is not catching on the hooks. I can lift the door a small amount up and down but do not want to attempt to tighten anything for fear of ruining it. I cannot find the manual. Can I download a portion of the manual online? Thank you
