Question About Panasonic Microwave Oven NN-P294BF

I bought a display microwave NN-P294BF for my new house, the builder just installed it and when plugged in it scrolls "see operating instructions" cant set clock, cant use functions, nothing. Is there some kind of weird reset? Tried unplugging for a few minutes....same thing

0 UPDATE: FIXED!!!! Semms a couple of the buttons on the front panel were stuck. Once unstuck everything performed well.
