This purchase has been a huge disapointment to me. The outside casing round the door cracked soon after purchase and the coating inside the microwave is so thin that it has badly worn away. This is not due to abrasive cleaning products either. Even the small plastic wheels turning the internal plate have created a groove through the coating. This is not a product I would recommend anyone buy - very poor quality
