We have a Panasonic Genius countertop model with model #NN-6615A. Recently it has started clicking and cutting off just a few seconds after starting. If we let it sit for a few seconds, it will usually start back up for a few seconds before cutting off again. The Menu Action Screen will read "consult Panasonic manual" or something like that. Is the microwave too old to fix? We have someone that can fix it if a part can be purchased. Please let us know what our options are. Thank you. Jo Ann
