Where is the ENGLISH manual for NN-H965WF?? There ...

Where is the ENGLISH manual for NN-H965WF?? There are 2 pdf files for English, but every time I try to print an English version, it prints in another language!! HELP!! There was NO manual in the box when we purchased this microwave today!!
