Question About Philips Bread Maker hl-1060
i need a manual for my breadmaker...

i'm allergic to wheat flour, and buying kamut and spelt bread can be costly! i would like try making my own. i've looked online extensively and have found nothing yet. i just bought a used, good-condition breadmaker, and would love to use it!
