This is my second Senseo and is just over 2 years old. The light flickers and does not achieve a steady red light and as a result it does not then work at all. it appears that there could be a loose connection as I have managed to occasionally get it to work properly when I shake it in frustration. I live in the Bay of Islands in NZ. Do you have any idea how I can fix this or can you recommend where I can send this for service. Thanks Maureen Woodcock
