Question About Philips Rice Cooker 3077
Dont know how to use properly....

I have a rice cooker.The problem is,the lights is on but the rice is not warm and hot enough to be cooked.So,i needa help wif the manual or if not,could you explain or give the instruction booklet so tat i know and can use the rice cooker properly.
