Question About Pitco Frialator Fryer SG14
cleaning...

the back of the fryer caught fire the other day. im now trying to take it apart to clean it, but cant get into the bit that needs cleaning. its the shaft at the back that goes right down and under the oil. so i need to know how your supposed to clean something you cant get to. any ideas? kind regards Nick
