I cannot light my fryers the ignitor keeps clickin...

I cannot light my fryers the ignitor keeps clicking but there is no gas coming to the fryer. They were pulled out last night and now i dont have gas. i need to check the quick diconnect but I cant figure out how to do so . can you help
