pitco 18s deep fat fryer problem...

replaced main control gas valve and the thermostat control. fryer keeps cooking and not turning off too hot oil

0 you most likly have a leak .... make sure that the tube that is coming out of the thermostat to the gas valve is correctly installed and tighten it good
