I need a manual for the Premier range P30S310BP. ...

I need a manual for the Premier range P30S310BP. The oven is way too hot. It doesn't seem to ever go to the lower temps I set and I'd like to lower the flames on the burners. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you solve it?
