bought a PrimoWater bottom loading water dispenser back on 7/28/14.back on 7/25 it showed the red flashing light.we change the water bottle and still did not work.on mon.4/28 i call the 800 # and she went thru different things that she thought would solve the issue.. it did not.she inform me to unlpug the dispenser and cut the cord off. I was suppose to get some information and to send the cord back...My question is am I going to get a new dispenser or what? please let me know...
