I have a primo water dispenser, model # 601130. That has stopped cooling the cold water. It is room temperature. I have lost the instruction manual over time so I can't fall back on that. There are two switches on the back (green/red) I have hit both of them periodically since the issue began but I can't tell a difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated
