PRIMO MODEL YL1133AS, WENT I PLUG IT INTO THE WALL OUTLLET THERE IS NO POWER, IS THERE A THERMAL RESET SWITCH OR SOMETHING ELSE I CAN CHECK TO SEE WHY THERE IS NO POWER TO THE UNIT. I HAVE TRIED MANY DIFFERENT OUTLETS THAT I KNOW WORK WITHOUT SUCCESS
