Very slow flow out of both hot and cold sides of my model 900137. Is it possible something has blocked the nozzle? How can I get the nozzle off to check?

TIP: Clean out water jugs at the same time if you refill them instead of swapping them out at store. Put a cap full or so of bleach in each empty jug along with 1 gallon of water. Shake and dump into top of water cooler.
