0 I am having the same issue. I think it has to do with the breakage of the earlier internal water set. That center section that goes up into the water bottle. It broke, and I am thinking that a piece of the broken part worked its way down into the system and is blocking the ability for water to come out. Anyhow, I will be watching this site for any answers.... surely this has occurred to others.
