We have a Primo model 900146 bottom load the red light comes on and something that must connect to the door makes it so the little white button that starts whatever. Makes the water hot or cold go in. You can push the little white button inside and the motor comes on but only stays on for a fee minutes then shuts off and red light comes back on. Can you tell me what we need to do to fix this problem?
