Question About Professional Series Ice Maker PS78143
My model PS78143 is not making ice, water is cold ...

My model PS78143 is not making ice, water is cold goes up in to the retainer but will not cycle and make ice. Just Bought in July. not very dependable. The machine has not been moved or turned on its side or anything like that.. What is the warranty if the solution is not simple want to return for refund.
