Our office purchased a Professiona Series Ice Make...

Our office purchased a Professiona Series Ice Maker last fall. It currently does not make ice. I have checked the water level, turned it off and on, and nothing. I have read the User manual. Don't know what's going on. Any ideas? 5-17-13
