Question About Quasar Convection Oven MQ8894XW

Trying to figure out basic functions. Unit has been stored for couple years, was given to me without instructions. Power on all lights light up and stay on, only buttons that do anything are delay, reset, timer set, but when I press start, display shows FFFF
