My overhead microwave oven is about 15 years old. Recently the door latch stopped working and I can't open the door to read the model number. How can I get information about this so I can get a technician to find a replacement part and fix the unit? This is the first problem I have had with it, and I'd much rather fix it than buy a new microwave. Please advise
