Question About Rancilio Espresso Maker S27??(audrey,rialto)(
not drawing water...

I have a rancilio audrey(also known as rialto)espresso machine.It no longer draws water from the reservoir to the boiler through either of 2 hoses> I feel that the pump may be inoperable, but do not know how to check,,,hoses seem to be clear from the reservoir to the various locations. I turn unit on for only a minute or 2 and can feel excessive heat from the boiler.Any ideas

0 you need to get a replacement pump. It is an easy fix once you have the part. try Chris's coffee service for the pump.. should be around $50. I just did this and it was 3 screws to get to the pump, and just some work with the plier to swap out the pump.
