all 4 lights flashing and beeping - stared mid-cyc...

all 4 lights flashing and beeping - stared mid-cycle after i'd filled up with salt and rinse aid and was running an empty cycle with dishwasher cleaner. have held programme button for 3 secs, tuned off, waited and turned back on again, but still beeping and the 4 lights flashing.
