Hi - I have an Rangemaster Elan 110 Dual fuel and the right hand Fan oven isn't heating up and thermostat light for this oven isn't turning on. . . Do you think The problem is the Element or the Thermostat ?!? I can't find answers in the Manual. . . Thanks
