I have sxs 1911 cream, 4 yrs old, freezer operatin...

I have sxs 1911 cream, 4 yrs old, freezer operating fine, fridge side not cooling, showing room temp i.e. 16'C. Can't locate where air circulation from freezer comes from. Any help much appreciated!
