Question About RCA Microwave Oven None
does not work...

My RCA RMW 1199 Microway and grill ,When i switch on ,Timer start counting down.but fan/microway or light does not work I tried to remove the neutral relay plug/insert i.e. bottom most relay with blue wires shorted them ,microway works. What can be the reason?
