Question About RCA Microwave Oven RMW1171
New microwave not working...

Hi, just purchased this model microwave/convection/grill oven about four weeks ago and have only used it twice when I actually worked. Hasn't worked since. I have the manual but it doesn't have a troubledshooting section. Not sure where to go from here. Thank you for any direction you can give.

0 I tried to change the model # but it seems not have worked. The information I'm looking for is for Model RMW1170B. Thanks.
