I recently purchased a Reliable Steamboy. Although I feel that it does a good job, I don't understand why it leaves a puddle of water at times as I clean. I'm sure you have had this question before. What am I doing wrong or what should I do to rectify the situation? Thank you, John N. Bruscemi
