I don't have a manual to see if there is a troubleshooting area but the green light that comes on while removing air will not come on nor will it remove any air. I just purchased the air tube and lid sealers and before I could even test them out the remove air feature stopped working so I haven't even opened the package yet on them. The seal a meal worked fine the last time I used it at thanksgiving. It hasn't been dropped or anything why would it just stop removing air? The green light does not come on as I said indicating its not a false read problem. It's just quit working. How do I fix it. Sealing out air is the main feature that's what makes your food go bad. If not for that I could use baggies. Please help!
