MY SNOW CONE MACHINE IS NOY WORKING CORRECTLY. I PUT ICE CUBES INSIDE OF IT AND PUT THE TOP ON IT AND IT IS NOT SHAVING THE ICE LIKE IT IS SUPPOST TO. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT THANKS!!!
