Question About Rival Fryer CZF530
CZF530...

My mom 78 years old is located in NY I'm in Georgia. She contacted me to tell me that she was given this fryer without instructions. Her concern regarding use is how much cooking oil is required. I tried to tell her there should be a fill line indicating how much but she can't find it.

0 There are minimum and maximum fill lines but they are only about 1/2" apart and very difficult to see without a flashlight. She may need a strong flashlight and magnifying glass in order to see the lines.
