Hi, wanted to do a total cleaning job but now I am trying to find a greas that goes on the gears that would be safe around food....Thanks

0 I've always just used a drop or two of vegetable oil or a little dab of crisco. Rubbing alcohol works good to clean up old grease residue. I hope this helps! Now if I could just find the rest of the pieces for my 1101E-2 I'd be in good shape. -robbie
