3 I am looking for the same thing and have the Instruction book. It is part# 995-254 (Threaded Shaft) then the Thumb Nut ( 994-572) If you find it can you let me know.... email: majormoose007@yahoo.com

0 This manual is for the Rival Food Slicer, model numbers 1101E and 1030V. I have the 1030V/2 slicer, so I can guarantee this is the right manual for that specific model #. Cheers! I found this manual. Rival Food Slicer Manual.pdf
