When I take the grinder apart to c lean it after use, the part that looks like a huge plastic screw has one end that has grease/oil on the end that meets up with the driving part of the motor. I've avoided touching that, but the lubricant looks like it could stand to be cleaned and replaced. Do you just use cooking oil or is it a particular type of lubricant or grease?
